ktx8 Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

ktx8 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to every service, including slot games, live casino, sports betting, virtual games and any future services that ktx8 may introduce.

These terms have been prepared in the Bengali language and will be governed by the laws and regulations applicable to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered final.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Conditions that apply to receive this bonus:

• To claim the bonus, the applicable promo code must be entered at the time of deposit.
• To cash out the bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be met.
• There will be a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits will be set for each game and betting market. If a bonus balance is active, the maximum betting limit may be automatically reduced. The amount of a single bet from a cashback or refund bonus is generally limited.

6.2 Game Results

The outcome of all games is determined fairly through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. If a technical error occurs in a game result, ktx8 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet amount.

6.3 Software Errors

If an abnormal win appears due to a software error or technical issue, it will be considered void. ktx8 reserves the right to recover any amount paid as a result of a clear error.

6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• In live betting, odds may change due to network delays — the final accepted odds will apply.
• If any one leg of a system bet or combo bet is cancelled, it will be treated as odds of 1.0.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Any attempt at cheating, fraud or gaining an unlawful advantage.
• Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorised modifications to the game software.
• Collusion or coordination against other users.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing, abusive or threatening behaviour towards other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 ktx8's Rights

ktx8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the terms is suspected or proven.
• If evidence of fraud or unethical activity is found.
• If a verification request goes unanswered.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• Upon a court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time via live chat. Before making a closure request, please ensure there are no active bonuses or pending withdrawals and that the balance is zero or withdrawable.

Limitation of Liability

ktx8 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Games missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
